Automated Cancer Registration Workshop 12th - 14th Dec 2005

A workshop was run in Lyon in December 2005. Participants from many countries attended the course, which was given by Lorenzo Simonato, Richards Middleton, Chris Carrigan and Wendy Scharber.

The workshop was heavily over-subscribed, so many applicants were unsuccessful. However, a further workshop will be run, probably in the UK, in 2006. This workshop will be adjusted to reflect the feedback from participants in December, and is likely to focus on much more practical use of automation, using participants data.

Changes to the Automated Registration Website

After remaining unchanged for some time, the website has been updated to include new links to organisations running automated processes, links to systems and vendors, links to software tools and executables.
